A Grand Vessel
A couple of years ago I wandered through an incredible Australian garden and as the garden became one with the magnificent landscape beyond, I came upon this grand vessel. I was in awe as I stood in its presence. It had been broken. One handle missing, a large chip at the top. It had been marred and yet it stood there in its grandeur! At first I felt sad. Its beauty had been scarred, however, as I stood there I realized it was simply a story.
It was exquisitely beautiful. I felt it’s wholeness, it’s resilience and it was so much more powerful than what my eyes first saw. I left that vessel with my heart overflowing with joy!
My perception shifted that day. Where my once eyes saw brokenness, they now see wholeness! My eyes and my 💖 are now in alignment.
