Grandmother Love
Dear One, I feel you.
I feel your tears welling up from within.
I feel your sense of powerlessness.
You are communicating clearly Dear One.
I feel you.
I love you.
I honour your feelings.
Yes, right now in this moment you feel
small and powerless to help yourself.
You want it to be different.
You know there is another way.
In this moment, you can’t see it.
You feel you are not being listened to.
You feel alone.
The truth is you are not alone, Dear One.
I am here.
I am listening.
You are not alone.
I love you, Dear One.
Grandmother.
Ancient One.
I feel your presence.
I feel your love.
I feel your strength.
I feel your power.
I feel your wisdom.
Dear One, what you are feeling is coming from
within you.
We are one, Dear One.
We are one.
Remember, Dear One, what you feel in
my presence is but a reflection of you.
Grandmother, why can’t I feel it within me
when I am not in your presence?
Your practice is to allow yourself to feel it.
Then you will know it to be true.
But how Grandmother?
In your presence, it is so easy.
When I am alone I…
Dear One, remember, you are not alone.
I am always with you and what you seek is
within you.
Remember, there is no separation.
A simple shift in perception is all that is required.
Remember this frequency and then practice
attuning to it.
Remember, all you need is always within you.
Trust yourself, Dear One.
Remember long ago, you were climbing
the Chimney to cross the Knife’s Edge?
You climbed part way up and met a challenge.
You believed that what you needed was out
of your reach.
You attempted to climb it three times and
then decided it was impossible for you to do.
However, your desire to cross the
Knife’s Edge was strong.
Another climber appeared at the top of The Chimney.
She climbed down and then offered to guide
you through the challenge.
Do you remember what happened next?
Yes Grandmother, with her by my side,
I saw the way clearly.
I trusted my body to do what it needed to do.
Do you remember standing on a narrow ledge?
You knew other climbers had fallen from
that ledge and you doubted your ability
to cross safely.
Yes Grandmother, I remember.
My desire to summit was so strong that
I knew there had to be a way;
I just couldn’t see it.
And then, a climber stepped onto the ledge.
He had crossed the ledge many times and in his
presence I could see the way and once again trusted my body.
Yes, Dear One, you are never alone, all you need is within
and your needs are always met.
But this is different Grandmother.
Dear One, that is an old worn out story.
If you look closely, you will see that
the story is being powered by your belief in it.
Allow that belief to be transmuted, Dear One.
You know what to do.
You have the power to help yourself.
Trust yourself, Dear One, and know
that all you need is within you.
I feel you.
I see you.
I hear you.
I love you.
I am always with you.
