BIRTH YOUR TRUE SELF ~ A TWO PART WORKSHOP

This workshop is for women who have a desire to deepen their awareness of the intergenerational ‘not enough’ story and how it unconsciously expresses through their everyday lives, to have their stories witnessed and to liberate themselves from the limitations of this patriarchal spell that humanity has lived under for thousands of years.

In Part One you are guided through the first three steps of the Birth Your True Self process to become aware of your unconscious reel, how it impacts your life and how to liberate yourself from it .

In Part Two you are guided through the last three steps of the Birth Your True Self process, to continue the liberation process. You will have the opportunity to practice creating a life that aligns with your true self - your soul truth - your sovereignty . You will leave with practices to support the continuation of your journey.
